OneStop Youth Employment Hub

Now open Monday and Tuesday 10am to 4pm

The Sidney Walter Centre, Worthing, BN11 1DS

Why refer to OneStop Youth Employment Hub?

As a result of the pandemic, it is younger people who are experiencing the bulk of job losses, redundancies and reduced employment and training opportunities.

We are working alongside Job Centre Plus, and Sid Youth to launch a OneStop Youth hub to help young people access advice and support and ensuring they still have access to training or job opportunities. Our physical space is where young people can meet their youth and work coaches in a safe and welcoming environment. There will also be opportunities to work with our partners who will be offering extra support.

Any young person aged 18-24 can access our personalised coaching programme with a focus on supporting physical and mental health. We aim to help build your resilience and skills for your future employment.

Where to begin?

Have a chat with your Work Coach, or come along to one of our sessions (see top of the page for dates, times and locations).

“I had support from Ben only for a short time. In that time he helped me redo my CV, got me onto job searching sites and advised of some of the best ways to go about looking for work. I found out some things I never knew and some really useful tools which I will use in the future. I would recommend the support.”

“Petra is an amazing lady, she helped boost my confidence which has been at an all time low. She redid my cv making it look more up to date in a format easier for prospective employers to view. Petra gave me advice on various websites to check, which I did not know about. When I had an invite for a interview, she gave me advice on how to prepare, including sample questions that I may be asked. I am truly grateful for she has done to help me. I’d say that Petra is a real asset to your team. Thank you for everything Petra.”
